  • Portal Waitlist Requests: When you join the waitlist for the MHC Client Portal, I collect your name, email address, and company website to notify you as access becomes available.

Client Portals & Google API User Data (GA4 & Search Console)

For clients accessing the MHC Client Portal (portal.mariehaynes.com):

• Purpose & Read-Only Access: If you connect your Google Account, our portal requests read-only access to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) data solely to query and render your customized performance charts, search rankings, and AI referral metrics directly inside your private portal dashboard.

• No Unauthorized Modification: The portal never modifies, deletes, or alters your Google account settings, tracking tags, or properties.

• Data Privacy: Your raw Google Analytics and Search Console data is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

• Data Protection Mechanisms: All communications between your browser, our servers, and Google APIs are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.3). OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption within isolated Google Cloud datastores. Access to stored credentials is strictly restricted to authenticated server-side processes necessary to fetch your reports.

• Data Retention and Deletion: We retain Google OAuth credentials and cached reporting data only for as long as your client engagement is active. You maintain full control over your data:

  1. In-App Disconnect: You can disconnect your Google integration at any time by clicking “Disconnect / Log Out” within your dashboard, which immediately and permanently deletes your stored OAuth tokens from our database.
  2. Google Account Revocation: You can revoke the app’s access at any time through your Google Security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  3. Direct Deletion Request: You may email help@mariehaynes.com at any time to request immediate and complete deletion of all stored credentials, tokens, and cached reporting data associated with your account.
