- Writing much higher quality blog posts, based on truly meeting audience needs and demonstrating the brand’s real world experience rather than focusing on trying to rank.
- Greatly improving customer service and brand reputation.
- Reviewing outdated content and freshening and improving it.
- Monitoring competitor changes to help inform our strategy.
- Adding helpful imagery and graphics to pages
Our Consulting Arrangement
We have monthly calls with the leadership team. Each month I prepare a document for this client that keeps them updated with everything new and important for them to know about Google Search. We also discuss plans for the future including eventually adding agentic AI features to help their customers and preparing for UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol.)
We work together to strategize on improving the business each month.
